Service Description
This service is for clients who have had their website made by Prevision Media who opt to have their website maintained to keep their online business running smoothly. This is a 30 day service. Service performed are: Search Engine Optimization Ensuring form functionality Running backups Checking for 404 errors and server redirects Web browser compatibility Removing spam comments Updating the content Testing page speeds Checking any opt-in forms
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Prevision Media is foregoing other jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the session agreement by Client, the deposit session fees paid are non-refundable. Retainers are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours (48) notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Prevision Media and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
