    If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.

    When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the package. Photograph any damage and contact us immediately. 

    Prevision Media is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking.

    To avoid accidentally damaging the poster, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the canvas to a trusted professional framer or art handler.
